Robert Echales has been a partner at The Hechtman Group since 2021. He brings over 40 years expertise in public accounting and the private sector.

Since 1993, Jim has been the managing partner and CFO at The Hechtman Group Ltd, where he specializes in the PRISM CFO/Controller Services, advisor-client relationships, and staff development within an entrepreneurial culture.

Karin joined The Hechtman Group in January of 2002, and was appointed partner in 2012. She currently specializes in the taxation of Individuals and Trust.
