About Ralph DeLeon
Ralph DeLeon is a member of The Hechtman Group’s Client Advisory Services (CAS) team, where he helps businesses gain financial clarity through accurate reporting and meaningful insights. A Chicago native from the Ravenswood neighborhood, Ralph attended Lane Tech High School before earning his degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is also a licensed CPA in Illinois and brings experience from RSM, KPMG, and most recently Miller Cooper’s Client Advisory Services department.
Ralph enjoys partnering with business owners to better understand their financial performance and achieve their goals. He describes The Hechtman Group as Personable, Kind, and Committed. His approach to client service is centered on building trust, helping clients feel at ease, and explaining financial information in a way that is both practical and easy to understand.
Outside of work, Ralph enjoys staying active by playing basketball, golf, tennis, and pickleball, as well as exploring Chicago, working on cars, and spending time with his two dogs, Harry and Mochi, and his cat, Red. His favorite travel destination is Lisbon, Portugal, and his go-to Chicago restaurant is Café Ba-Ba-Reeba!
