Say hello to Oksana, a Specialist on the Client Advisory Services (CAS) team at The Hechtman Group. CAS provides outsourced accounting, CFO, and Controller consulting services to small business clients who cannot hire the position full-time.
Originally from Kurgan, Russia, Oksana enjoys the challenge of working with numbers and logic, ideal for her role with the firm. She is focused on establishing trust with the client by demonstrating a level of professionalism, knowledge, and quality of work.
Oksana earned her degree in finance while living in Russia and is currently taking classes at Harper College to expand her knowledge and skills in accounting. As an immigrant in the U.S., she appreciates the opportunity to work for an American firm, one that she describes as a “family like atmosphere”, where encouragement, mentoring, and opportunity for growth is a core value.
Outside of work, Oksana loves reading classics by great novelists Jane Austen, Agatha Christie, and Charlotte Bronte. On her kitchen wall, Oksana displays a collection of handmade plates acquired over the years from all her travels including Yosemite, Texas, Cyprus, Egypt, and Mexico.
