Connie, promoted to Senior Accountant in 2023, has over 15 years of experience in public accounting. A native of Illinois, she joined The Hechtman Group following the joint merger of Echales, Benjamin & Simkin, LLP, her employer of 6 years. Prior to that, Connie worked for a several different accounting firms in downtown Chicago.
A problem-solver, Connie assists clients with their tax returns and other aspects of general accounting. Her goal is to make them feel comfortable discussing their personal finances and make them feel confident in the decisions she is recommending as an accounting professional.
Connie attended both Loyola and DeVry Universities. In her downtime, you can find her at a yoga class, jogging, out walking her dog Soon Dol, or spending time with family.
