Chris is a native of Illinois who joined The Hechtman Group in 2018 as Compliance Manager. After graduating Loyola University, she spent 14 years with KPMG as senior manager. Previous firms also include Jeffrey Krol & Associates, Pierce, Givens & Associates, and CliftonLarsonAllen.
As compliance manager, Chris guides the internal team on tax preparation review, and various client projects. She also works directly with clients to resolve tax and accounting issues. Her goal with clients is to build a bond of trust that lasts long-term. This client-relationship focus is what she appreciates most about The Hechtman Group’s core fundamental values. That and the family-orientated environment that the firm embraces.
Chris loves taking her family on road trips. The magic of Disney World, with an atmosphere of joy, is one of her favorite trips so far. A voracious reader, she has an extensive list of favorites including genres in mystery and comedy. No wonder her favorite quote is “so many books, so little time.”
