- Providing significant support for designated partners in the firm
- Supporting “Rain Maker” partners in their pre and post sales/marking activities
- Calendar management of sales contacts and activities (oversight and facilitation not maintenance)
- Facilitation, tracking and scheduling prospect activities including introductory calls and meetings as well as proposals and follow-ups
- Maintain marketing assets such as contact list, THG electronic collateral, charity and event promotional materials, etc.
- Ensuring effective communications with the firm’s leads, prospects, clients, partners and staff
- Updating and maintaining templates for proposals and key correspondence (engagement letters, blast email communications, internal staff manuals)
- Facilitate consistent messaging for all key correspondence
- Understand and leverage date extrapolation for planning and reporting including data mining and business intelligence drawn from internal THG database
- Supporting effective interaction with THG Referral Partners and Networking Programs
- Setup and reconciliation of leads, prospects and new clients using marketing and tracking programs
- Customer facing interaction assistant & relationship management
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a professional service organization supporting business development. Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office is required along with proven experience communicating with clients and partners at a professional services firm. Experience working in data base systems is desired. Knowledge of Word Press is a plus.
A candidate with a desire to work in a small firm that offers a good balance of highly professional standards and a collegial style will be a good fit with out organization.
