Chloe Weiss joined The Hechtman Group team in 2023 as a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, Chloe assists in multiple areas of business including recruitment, talent retention, total rewards, and performance management. She also manages the employee life cycle, acting as a resource to employees of The Hechtman Group team. Chloe’s goal is to provide all clients and potential employees with an experience that makes them feel heard and valued.
After growing up in Deerfield, Chloe went on to study at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2019. While working as a HR Recruiter, Chloe discovered her passion for Human Resources and has since loved having a role that focuses on the growth, success, development, and overall wellbeing of employees. Prior to working for The Hechtman Group, Chloe worked for The LaSalle Network and Sherman Residential.
When Chloe isn’t at work, she loves reading, doing sudoku puzzles, and spending time with friends and family. Chloe is also a huge animal-lover and especially adores her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Ringo. Her love for animals extends to one of the most amazing experiences she has ever had – going on a safari in Africa. Finally, Chloe says the best piece of advice she has ever been give is to “never say you can’t, always say you can.”
